29 CFR 1910.177(d)(2): The employer did not provide a restraining device or a barrier to be used when inflating tires on single piece rim wheels which are not bolted onto the vehicles:  a) Superb Trucking maintenance bay; Employees were exposed struck by injures created by bursting tires while servicing and inflating tractor and trailer tires without the use of a protective tire cage or other restraining device.

29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support offhand grinding work:  a) Superb Trucking work bench in north east corner of maintenance bay; The Black and Decker six inch bench grinder had the work rest removed creating a 1 inch by 1 inch between the abrasive wheel and the periphery guard.
