29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) 7711 Veterans Blvd., Metairie, LA; the employer failed to ensure an employee working from an aerial lift basket while not wearing fall protection. The aerial lift basket was approximately 30 feet above the ground. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
