Some employees used N95 filtering facepieces while others used a full face air supplied hood respirator for sandblasting.  These employees used the respirators without being provided medical evaluations and basic training in respirator selection, use, cleaning, storage and maintenance which ensured that the use of the respirators themselves did not present a health hazard to the employees.
