29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi):     A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, shall be provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas are being used on the jobsite. This requirement does not apply to the integral fuel tanks of motor vehicles.    (a). Worksite located at 3705 N. Belt, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees who were exposed to fire hazards while working on the roof of the structure in which propane bottles were located were not protected from a fire outbreak with an extnguisher.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):     "Roofing work on Low-slope roofs." Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this section, each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width (see Appendix A to subpart M of this part), the use of a safety monitoring system alone [i.e. without the warning line system] is permitted.    (a).  Worksite located at 3705 N. Belt, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edges of an unprotected roof structure and were not provided any means of fall protection.
