29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):     Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii)    a)149 LaFayette St., Newark, NJ:Employer allowed his employee to work on a scaffold in excess of 22 feet from the ground below when the working platform was not fully planked, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.         Violation observed on or about 1/17/13.

Violation observed on or about 1/17/13.
