29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused, for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points:    As observed on or about 1-15-2013, the solid pipe conduit raising from the floor and carrying 480 volt power for the Biesse, Model: Rover B, serial number 75905, was not connected to the flexible metal conduit, exposing the wiring to the sharp edges of the conduit.
