29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(2)(iv):     The employer shall assure that all protective clothing is removed at the completion of a work shift only in change rooms provided for that purpose as prescribed in paragraph (i)(2) of this section.      a. At the workplace, the employer did not ensure that employees who were exposed to lead while cleaning lead contaminated surfaces, removed protective clothing at the completion of work shifts.

29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(ii):     The employer shall train each employee who is subject to exposure to lead at or above the action level, or for whom the possibility of skin or eye irritation exists, in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program.        a. At the workplace, employees were exposed to lead while cleaning lead contaminated surfaces without having received training in lead related hazards and procedures.
