29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):     The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) designated by the employer:    a)  Jobsite located at 2100 Deal Drive, Building #1200, Block 1104, Lot 3, Mount Laurel NJ 08054:  A competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the worksite.  Company emplpyees were exposed to hazards including but not limited to fall hazards when performing window installation and other related activities from a pitched roof and less than six feet from unprotected edges without fall protection.  Condition noted on or about 01/17/2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    a)  Jobsite located at 2100 Deal Drive, Building #1200, Block 1104, Lot 3, Mount Laurel NJ 08054:  Company employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below, when working/walking from pitched roofs and floor joists (less than six feet from unprotected edges).  These exposed employees were not provided with a Personal Fall Protection System, guard rails, safety nets, etc. at the time of the inspection.  Condition observed on or about 01/17/2013.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):     The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:    a)  Jobsite located at 2100 Deal Drive, Building #1200, Block 1104, Lot 3, Mount Laurel NJ 08054:  Company employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet to the ground below, when working/walking from a pitched roof and from unsheathed floor joists (less than six feet from unprotected edges) while performing new window installation and other related activities.  On the day of the inspection the worksite company employees exposed to the fall hazard(s) had not received fall protection training from the company.  Conditions observed on or about 01/17/2013.
