29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):       Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.       (a) On roof b -- during the removal of roofing materials, fall protection was not enforced for employees working on a roof 12-ft from the eaves to ground and a pitch of 1/12, on or about January 23, 2013.          Fosters Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(l) which was contained in OSHA inspection 728481, citation 1, item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/12, with respect to a workplace located at 4017 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, FL. 34677.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):       Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:      (a) On roof a -- during the removal of roofing materials, fall protection was not enforced for employees working on a roof 12-ft from the eaves to ground. The pitch of the roof was 5/12, on or about January 23, 2013.        Fosters Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(l) which was contained in OSHA inspection 728481, citation 1, item 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 12/13/12, with respect to a workplace located at 4017 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, FL. 34677.
