The boxes of hangers were stacked at various heights depending on their size.  Gaylord boxes weighed approximately 250 pounds and were stacked 1-2 high.  The smaller boxes approximately 30 inches tall and 24 inches wide,  weighing appriximately 10-50 pounds were stacked 5 high or greater.  The boxes were broken or collapsing in on themselves, exposing employees to a struck by hazard.
