29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):     One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    At the facility the employer is failing to guard the following but not limited to equipment.     i) In the Saw Area of the facility a horizontal band saw #M1107 Manufacturer Hyda-Tech has unguarded portion(s) of the      blade not used for cutting.      ii) In the Machine Build Area of the facility a Clausen Drill Press #M0703 was not guarded to prevent contact with the      chuck and point of operation.     iii) In the Lathe Area of the facility the Southbend  #M0114 and Tuda#M0115 were not equipped with ether  a chuck        guard or point of operation guard.
