29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv):     Employees working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:    (a)  Worksite located at 205 Forest Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed climbing out of aerials lifts using the guardrails to access the roof structure.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):     Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a). Worksite located at 205 Forest Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on top of the roof structure without the use of fall protection.    (b). Worksite located at 205 Forest Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees working on the main level were exposed to fall hazards in that the exterior wall was not provided with an adequate guardrail system.     Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
