29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):  Fexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:    At the time of the inspection, the motor used to power the conveyor feeding the shaker was wired with a Flexible cord which was run through sections of conduit exposing the cord to damage from the conduit openings.
