29 CFR 1910.101(b) - Compress Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, Section 3.1.12: Compressed gas cylinders were not handled inaccordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965 and were subjected to a temperature above 125 degrees and permitted to come in contact with a flame on any part of a compressed gas cylinder.     Vapor Combustion Unit - Eight (8) liquid propane gas cylinders covered by a tarpaulin were subjected to a temperature above 125 degrees as these cylinders were heated by steam pumped through a hose under the tarpaulin.  On or about January 24, 2013.
