29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    On January 16, 2016, employees were installing ventilation exhaust in the roof o a residential home under construction without using proper fall protection.  This condition exposed employees to potetial fall hazards up to 10 feet to the ground.
