29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):    Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer did not demonstrate that it was infeasible or created a greater hazard to use these systems, and had not developed and implemented a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502:    On or about January 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 25 feet to the ground below while framing at the edge of a roof with a pitch 8:12.
