29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):  A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    On or about January 31, 2013, at the above address site:  An employee performing work hanging a vinyl sign to the side of a building under renovation from the basket of an aerial lift approximately 19 ft. 6 inches above a lower level that did not have a lanyard attached from his harness to the boom or basket of that lift.
