29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames,  or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation:  a)    On or about January 31, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the 7-11 Convenient Store jobsite in Savannah, the employer failed to ensure that the north-end supported scaffold poles and legs bore down on base plates and mudsills, exposing an employee to 10-ft. fall hazards following settling and displacement.  b)    On or about January 31, 2013, and times prior thereto, at the 7-11 Convenient Store jobsite in Savannah, the employer failed to ensure that the west-end supported scaffold poles and legs bore down on base plates and mud sills, exposing several employees to fall hazards up to 13 ft. following settling and displacement.  c)     On or about February 4, 2013, at the 7-11 Convenient Store jobsite in Savannah, the employer failed to ensure that the south-end supported scaffold poles and legs bore down on base plates and mudsills, exposing an employee to up to 4-ft. fall hazards following settling and displacement.
