29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been  taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition:   On or about January 31, 2013, at the above mentioned jobsite, employees were operating powered industrial trucks that were in need of repairs with defects such as non-operating flash strobe lights, and a missing left front bulb.   a) Crown stand-up forklift - S/N #1A285190- defective flashing strobe light.  b) Crown stand-up forklift- S/N #1A285191- missing a flashing strobe light.  c) Crown forklift- S/N #9A144720 - missing the left and right front bulb. d) Crown forklit- S/N #9A-138800- missing the left front bulb.  PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
