29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:     On or about February 2, 2013, on the roof of a residence with a detached garage at 2531 Montana Street., 6 employees were working on the buildings without any form of fall protection. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately:  A. Main residence: 10-feet 3-inches to the ground below.  B. Garage: 18-feet 3-inches to the ground below.
