OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  a. On or about February 1, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee operating a Bobcat S70 skid steer, pushing debris from the 4th floor level, was exposed to falls due to the lack of stop logs or other methods to prevent the machine from falling from the open edge of the floor.     Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct the hazard is to follow the recommendation of the Equipment Manufacturers Institute Safety Manual and the Bobcat Skid Steer Loader Operator Training Manual which both state; "Keep away from the edges of drop-offs".
