Oxyprime XP Tank:  The label on Tank #4 of the Black Oxide Line indicated that it contains oxalic acid.  The MSDS provided by the employer indicates the ingredients are sulfamic acid, sodium fluoride, and sodium bisulfate.  A2. Additional Rinse Tank:  The label on Tank #10 of the Black Oxide Line indicated the contents to be Sheath WS12 Oil and that it contains mineral spirits.  The employer indicated that it is a rinse tank added to the line when they switched to Pen Dip 300.  A3.  Tru Temp XL Tank:  Tank # 7 in the Black Oxide Line is unlabeled.  According to the MSDS provided by the employer, the contents include sodium hydroxide, sodium nitrate, and sodium nitrite.  A4.  Pen Dip 300 Tank:  Tank #11 in the Black Oxide Line is unlabeled.  According to the employer and the MSDS provided, the ingredients of Pen Dip 300 to be naphtha solvent, paraffinic oil, and paraffin waxes.  Temperature of tank contents is 130 deg F.   B.  NEAR FURNACE H2:  An unlabeled container was suspended from the bottom of a shopping cart used to support parts after they are removed from a quench oil tank containing Thermisol 1021 (mineral oil).  The quench oil was allowed to drip off the parts, into a funnel made of cardboard which directs the dripping oil into the container.  C.  HARDNESS TESTING AREA:  An unlabeled bucket of colorless liquid with an oil sheen was located on the floor below the LECO BG-20 Belt Grinder.
