29 CFR 1910.305(j)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that rosettes and cleat-type lampholders and receptacles located less than 2.44 m (8 feet) above the floor did not have exposed terminals: Located on the back wall of in the break room, employees were exposed to shock hazards from an electric receptacle installed lower than 8 feet. A Carrier air conditioner was mounted into the wall and was plugged into the receptacle. The receptacle was missing its face plate and the terminals were exposed.
