The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp were not provided where the exit route was not substantially level.    a) Freezer Cooler Room - An exit route was obstructed with pallets in front of the door, in case of a fire the employees could not access the door immediately.
