(a) Roof over garage, new residential construction located at 165 Seawright Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employee was not protected from eye injuries while installing 5/8" OSB plywood sheathing with a pneumatic Hitachi (Model-NR83A2) Stick Framing Nail Gun as this tool was operated without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.300(b)(2): Moving part(s) of equipment exposed to contact by employees or which otherwise created a hazard, were not guarded:    (a) Driveway, new residential construction located at 165 Seawright Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employees using a Hitachi (Model-EC2510E) 8-gallon 5.5 HP Air Compressor were exposed to amputation hazards when moving parts of the starter recoil were not guarded.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    (a) West side, new residential construction located at 165 Seawright Drive, Fayetteville, GA, 30215: Employee installing 5/8" OSB plywood sheathing on a 12/12 pitched roof at eave heights of approximately 9' to the ground had no fall protection system in place.
