OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of fire:    a)  Warehouse - Chemical Product Storage Area:   Three 1-gallon containers of Servpro 357 Eucalyptus Industrial Cleaner (ammonium hydroxide/sodium hydroxide) were stored next to four 1-quart containers of Servpro 361 Thickened Bowl Cleaner (hydrogen chloride/acid solution); on or about 2/5/13.    b) Warehouse - Chemical Product Storage Aera:  Four 1-quart containers of Servpro 361 Thickened Bowl Cleaner (hydrogen chloride/acid solution) were stored near a 1-gallon container of Serpro 365 Ammonia Concentrate (ammonium hydroxide); on or about 2/5/13.
