29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(i): Before work subject to this standard began, the building and/or facility owner(s) did not determine the presence, location and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the work site pursuant to paragraph (k)(1) of this section:    a) Deuces Wild, LLC. @ 2400 Industrial Lane, Broomfield, CO 80020: On and before 1/24/13, the building owner did not identify the presence, location, and quantity of ACM, prior to the start of work that subsequently disturbed sprayed-on, acoustical ceiling material which contained 3-4% chrysotile.
