29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein:   On or about February 8, 2013:   a)  Detailing Area - Employees perform auto detailing operations using chemicals such as but not limited to, windshield fluid and tire shine.  The bottles of chemicals were not labeled appropriately.   b)  Lube/Oil Change Bay - A wall-mounted reservoir containing windshield washing fluid was not labeled with its contents.
