29 CFR 1917.45(k)(2): A designated person did not thoroughly inspect all functional components and accessible structural features of each crane or derrick at monthly intervals: a) 366 North Rhode Island Avenue, Atlantic City, NJ 08401: On or about January 29, 2013, monthly inspections were not conducted for each crane onsite (cranes include but are not limited to one Grove RT740B Mobile Hydraulic Crane). NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
