No abatement certification or documentation required.

(b) Clear Coat Spray Booth - The booth was not equipped with approved automatic sprinklers, on or about February 7, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1910.1052(d)(3): Where the initial determination showed employee exposures at or above the action level or above the STEL, the employer did not establish an exposure monitoring program for periodic monitoring of employee exposure to methylene chloride in accordance with Table 1:     (a) Gluing Operation - The employer did not conduct periodic monitoring every six months for an employee exposed to methylene chloride in excess of the action level, on or about February 7, 2013.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
