29 CFR 1910.219(e)(3)(i):  Vertical and inclined belts shall be enclosed by a guard conforming to standards in paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section.      a) On or about 2/11/13 in the sewing production and stapling area, employees were exposed to the unguarded vertical belts on sewing machine such as, but not limited to Juki, Nakajima, Brother, and Consew machines. 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii):  The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection.    a) On or about 2/11/13, employer did not have documentation indentify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procures was being utilized,the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection and the person performing the inspection.
