The training shall include the following: WORKSHOP: The employees, as affected and/or other types were not provided with training and information in the controlling of potentially hazardous and unexpected releases of revised energy sources (lockout/tagout) during servicing and maintenance of equipment, such as (but not limited to) hydraulic press and shear.

One or more methods of machine guarding shall be provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc. WORKSHOP: The following rotating equipment were unguarded. 1. The rotating chuck of the Grizzly G0509G, lathe was unguarded. 2. Below the work rest of the Baileigh belt sander was unguarded.
