29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line system and safety net systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line and safety monitoring system:     This violation most recently occurred on February 08, 2013, at a workplace located at 801 West Airport Freeway, Irving, TX 75062;    Instance a.) One (1) employee worked from the buildings store front roof structure, not protected from falling an approximate 24-feet, 4-inches to the ground level below;    Instance b.) Two (2) employees worked from the buildings east side roof structure, not protected from falling an approximate 7-feet to the next lower level.
