29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):  Each employee engaged in roofing activities on lowslope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personnal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:        a. On or about February 11, 2013, on a 2:12 pitch roof, three employees performing roofing work were not protected from a 9 feet 5-inch fall hazard by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternate fall protection.
