29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) or passageway(s) were not kept clear where mechanical handling equipment was used: a/ Howard Berger/Cranbury NJ Site: Aisles were not maintained clear of storage and equipment to allow for free access in the event of a fire or other emergency. Observed on/or about 2/13/2013 1/ Warehouse North-side Staging Area - Aisle was blocked by a weighing scale. (Corrected During Inspection) 2/ Warehouse East-side Packaging Area Aisles at employee work stations were blocked by pallets, boxes and other material. 3/ Warehouse East-side Customer Returns Area - All Aisles (except aisle #15) located between metal storage racks were blocked by boxes of product and/or powered industrial trucks.
