29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.     a.  On or about February 13, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry framing/sheathing operations from the roof rafters, approximately twenty one (21) feet two (2) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.    b.  On or about February 13, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately nine (9) feet eight (8) inches into the basement created by the presence of a floor hole opening, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    c.  On or about February 13, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a ten (10) foot one (1) inch fall from the second floor into the first floor created by the presence of a floor hole opening, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.    d.  On or about February 13, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fifteen (15) foot fall due to unprotected window openings on the 2nd floor, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
