29 CFR 1910.1096(i)(2): All individuals working in or frequenting any portion of radiation area(s) were not advised of reports of radiation exposure which employees may request pursuant to the regulations in 29 CFR 1910.1096: a) Employee(s) of the veterinary hospital enter and/or work in the lab each day where the Quantum digital radiography X-ray machine is located and used, next to the entrance to the laundry / utility room, in the performance of duties such as transporting animals to/from post-operative recovery cages, cleaning, using the incubator, and assisting in X-ray radiography. Each technician who has occassion to enter the radiation area was not informed of the existence of prior radiation exposure report(s) and their right of access to the report(s). The condition(s) were noted on or about 4/11/2013.
