29 CFR 1926.251(e)(1)(ii): Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch:   The employer does not mark rated capacities for each type of hitch for synthetic web slings.  This violation was observed on or about February 14, 2013 at the site when employees were using a crane to lift a load with unmarked capacity web slings.   Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that synthetic web slings are marked for rated capacities.
