29 CFR 1910.266(d)(1)(v)    The employer did not assure that each employee who operates a chain saw wears foot protection that is constructed with cut-resistant material which will protect the employee against contact with a running chain saw:    (a)  Bald Knob, WV:  Employee operating the Magnum 660 Stihl chain saw with a 20 inch bar was wearing Matterhorn steel toe boots that were not constructed with cut resistant material, as determined on February 6, 2013.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
