29 CFR 1910.253(e)(1): Equipment was not installed and used only in the service for which it was approved and as recommended by the manufacturer;    At the time of the inspection, the pressure regulators on the oxygen and fuel compressed gas cylinders were in service with the pressure gauges broken. Gas flow could not be regulated to allow approved flow to the cutting torch.
