29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    (a) Location - Manning Road, Billerica, MA; loading Dock Area:  On or about 2/14/12, the employer failed to develop, document and utilize control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were performing maintenance on a garage door motor.     Premium Power Corporation, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 147 (c) (4) (i) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313767816, Citation Number 01, Item Number 5 b  Issued 2/19/10 with respect to workplace located at 30 Manning Road, Billerica, MA 01821. The final order date for the citation was on 3/4/10.
