29 CFR 1926.701(b): Reinforcing steel. All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and into which employees could fall, shall be guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement.      a) On or about 2/15/13, near the pool area, the employer allowed employees to work and travel near uncapped rebar. There was approximately 12 uncapped rebar. The unprotected vertical height of the rebar ranged from 25 - 33 inches above the ground.
