29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 15, 2013 and at times prior; the employer allowed employees to use a skill saw on site that had the bottom guard wedged and did not work properly exposing employees to amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  At front of house located at 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 15, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for employees sheething a 8:12 high slope roof exposing them to falls of 9.4 feet to the ground below.    b)  At rear of house located at 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 15, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for employees sheething a 8:12 high slope roof exposing them to falls of 19.3 feet to the ground below.    c)  At rear porch of house located at 1525 Reynolds Dr Auburn, Alabama:  On or about February 15, 2013 and at times prior; the employer failed to provide fall protection for employees sheething a 2:12 low slope roof exposing them to falls of 9.4 feet to the ground below.
