There was a pile of soil approximately 7 feet from this ladder, approximately 12 feet high , 10 feet wide, and 6 feet wide, with a pitch of appproximately 70 degrees.  The employees who descended and ascended this ladder were not protected from being struck by this wall of soil in the event of collapse.      Violation occurred 2-7-13
