Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:     On January 31, 2013, OGE Drilling USA Inc. provided the contract services of a Company Man for controlling daily operations of the worksite. The employer did not ensure that the Company Man (Contractor) followed the safety precautions outlined in Apache Corporation's (Operating Company) Safety & Health Program. The Company Man, Drilling Crew and Safety Consultant were exposed to H2S hazards at IDLH atmospheric levels.
