Commercial Avenue, St. Clair, MO 63077, at this facility, in the production plant, machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area to the following:    1) Zubal Metal Lathe, Unit #157  2) Supermax LE 1338 Lathe, Unit #175  3) The Hendey Machine Company Lathe 14X30  4) Drill Presses    Precision Rebuilders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313636805, citation number 1, item number 3, issued on 8/26/2009 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/22/2009, with respect to a workplace located at 350 N. Commercial Avenue, St. Clair, MO 63077
