29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective:  On or about February 11, 2013, the Trend Services Inc. sump pumps and trailer #770 located on the NorAm Drilling Company Rig #24  site, were not properly grounded to earth. This condition exposes the employees to electrocution hazards.
