29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(i):     Footings shall be level, sound, rigid, and capable of supporting the loaded scaffold without settling or displacement.    a.  At the site, an employee was installing siding from a pump jack scaffold that had footings that were not level or sound.    DTW Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313154080, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 5167 Wilcox Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016.

At the site, an employee was installing siding from a pump jack scaffold that was not equipped with a fall protection system.      DTW Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313154080, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 11, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 5167 Wilcox Road, Dublin, Ohio 43016.
