29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about February 19, 2013, the employer did not ensure the employees who were installing the air conditioning units on top of the roof were protected from a fall hazard.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground below.
