29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    On or about  February 21, 2013, the employer did not provide employee(s) effective information and training on the hazards contained in the drilling  mud.  Employee(s) are exposed on a daily basis to the drilling mud when installing, removing and washing the Katch Kan devices.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace:    On or about February 21, 2013, the employer failed to assure there was a material safety data sheet for the content of the drilling muds.  Employee(s) are working at different well site that have a variety of drilling mud combinations.  Employee(s) exposed to rashes when washing, removing and installing the Katch Kan devices/products.
